Welcome to Baby Portrait, an application that uses artificial intelligence technology to transform 4D ultrasound scans into realistic baby portraits. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Usage

Baby Portrait provides users with a platform to convert 4D ultrasound images into clearer, more realistic portraits of unborn babies. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Content and Intellectual Property

All portrait images generated through Baby Portrait belong to the user, but the underlying AI technology and algorithms remain the property of Baby Portrait.

You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that constitutes the Baby Portrait service and agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Baby Portrait and any third parties.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Baby Portrait:

Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary code and algorithms
Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Uploading non-4D ultrasound images or inappropriate content
Attempting to bypass any security features of the service
